As a farmed product, ocean trout is available all year round. It also means that the price is more stable than wild caught fish, which are subject to supply and demand constraints.

Ocean trout is incredibly versatile. Use it for bakes, flaked up in pastas, skewered on kebabs, fried in flour, steamed with Asian flavours. Whole trout are superb for smoking or grilling on the Webber. It's also one of the best fish to use for sushi and sashimi, or for tartare, ceviche, and carpaccio.
We sell trout in fillets, steaks and whole as well as a variety of smoke products.
