Warehou

Warehou is a family of fish that are easy to cook, cheap to buy, and high in Omega-3 acids. They often go by other names – Trevally, Snotties, Spotties, Snotgall – but at Kyeema they are always labelled as Warehou. Most common is the silver Warehou, recognisable by the dark spots along its sides.
