Our smoked Salmon Quiche is the perfect meal when you can’t be bothered cooking and want to impress your family or friends. Just bang it in the oven and it’s ready to go. We also sell it by the slice if you just want a cheeky piece to yourself.


Salmon & potato Bake

Another customer favourite! Packed with white and sweet potato, this bake is heartwarming and delicious. Fresh salmon and gooey cheese make for a great meal! Get a large or single serve and have it for your lunch or dinner. Pop it in the oven to get a crunchy top or re-heat in the microwave for a quick, easy meal.

curry sauce

If you like our crepes and pies, you’ll love our curry sauce! This rich, curry sauce is the perfect addition to your seafood. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat, add a small amount of cream or milk to thin down a little if required, and use it to cook your scallops or pour over your seafood. This is always available in store either fresh or frozen.


fish stock

We use the frames and heads of white fish filleted on-site as a base for our fish stock. Use it as a soup base, or a base to make your own seafood chowder, to simmer your clams, poach or steam your fish - the possibilities are endless with this beautiful fish stock. Available frozen in store, simply thaw, heat and enjoy!

A winter favourite amongst our staff and customers, who doesn’t love a rich, seafood chowder? Made on the premises by our talented kitchen staff, this chowder is exactly what you need for a low-fuss, winter dinner. We always have this available frozen, and sell it fresh in the days after a big batch is made. Simply heat and eat!
