We source our Pacific Oysters from various leases across Tasmania but usually end up sourcing from the East Coast of the state. We sell over 10x the amount of oysters than a standard week, so we urge you to come early to buy your Oysters to avoid disappointment. Please note our Oysters are suitable for cooking up to 6 days from pick up. Dates will be displayed on the pack.
